Coimbatore skilled labours and knowledge workers

Who do you think is working in chennai, Coimbatore kind of cities both knowledge workers and skilled labours and not to forget unskilled labours as well?
I went to pothys in chennai, checked out the emloyees, they are all from Coimbatore, tirunelveli and around.
Why are they going and working there? brcause there is not much employment opportunities in coimbatore.
Checked out couple of companies in Coimbatore and chennai for knowledge workers and most of them are from coimbatore and southern districts.
I was also checking out my friends who studied with me In Coimbatore and nobody is there whom were with me.
Why is this migration out of coimbatore? I seriously hate this situation.
Who is left in coimbatore to start something new?
If you are from coimbatore and you are living somewhere else think about it outside your old world.

Wherever Coimbatore candidates go, they are usually hard working, honest, conservative, simple, but bold in nature. If you miss any of the above and if you are from Coimbatore - then you have changed in your new location!
If you are an employer and you are interviewing someone from Coimbatore, you can take my words and you don't have to test them for how hard they would work and for honesty.
